Meet Bridget, the charismatic and loveable Lab mix who holds the prestigious title of Chief Morale Officer at Torgersen Causey. Bridget joined the Torgersen Causey family in 2010. A Pensacola native, Bridget spent her early years chasing balls, digging holes, and keeping her feline siblings in line. Her natural gift for loving people (especially children) and being goofy made her the perfect candidate for our CMO position.

Bridget is no ordinary dog; she is a vital member of our team, responsible for the morale and overall well-being of her human colleagues. Her natural instinct for empathy and compassion makes her an exceptional morale officer. Bridget’s goofy antics bring smiles and her quiet demeanor a sense of calm during stressful times or challenging projects. She is especially adept at going from office to office procuring the latest and greatest “treat” as well as a pat on the head.

Bridget is a firm believer in work-life balance and encourages her team to take breaks and prioritize their well-being. When she is not spreading cheer in the office, you can find her relaxing in her favorite spot at home, enjoying walks with her Mom and yes, still keeping her feline siblings in line.

Bridget’s extraordinary ability to uplift spirits and create a sense of unity has made her an indispensable member of our team. With Bridget by our side, the Torgersen Causey team feels supported, motivated, and ready to tackle any challenge that comes our way!
