Taylor Pacenta serves as the Client Success Manager with over five years of experience in the insurance and employee benefits industry. A proud graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Accounting, Taylor brings a strong analytical foundation to her role, helping clients navigate the complexities of benefits planning with clarity and confidence.

As a licensed agent, Taylor supports clients through every stage of their benefits lifecycle—from guiding them through renewal strategies and leading open enrollment meetings to answering day-to-day benefits questions. She is committed to delivering exceptional service and proactive support to ensure a smooth and successful client experience.

Born and raised in Gulf Breeze, Taylor recently moved back to the area to take on this role and reconnect with her roots. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and making the most of life near the water.
