Our Team

Lissa Sventek is the Senior Account Manager for Torgersen Consulting. With 30 years of administrative experience in Office Management, Customer Service, and Insurance Service, Lissa has a passion for helping people and strives to make every client interaction a positive one. She assists in the development and implementation of firm administrative policies and procedures, manages, and oversees client concerns, maintains customer accounts, facilitates new business implementation, and handles all phases of client service.

A resident of Northwest Florida since 1990, Lissa originally moved to the area while an officer int the United States Navy. After leaving in 1993 and spending seven years overseas, she returned in 2000 and has called Pensacola home ever since. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and close friends; exploring the local culinary scene; Cheering on her grandchildren at their various sporting activities; and relaxing on the pristine beaches of the Gulf Coast.
